All information is stored in computer systems provided by third party suppliers which are not publicly accessible and protected by industry standard firewalls and passwords. Please note information over email is not secure, when sharing personal information with us this is entirely at your own risk.

• we train staff and contractors on data security
9. How long do we keep personal data?
We keep personal data for as long as you are interested in hearing from us. Joining our mailing list is optional and if you would like to unsubscribe please unsubscribe from our newsletter or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request to be unsubscribed from our database and we will unsubscribe your information from our secure third party software which we use to store our data.
